Important – Custom Printed Jerseys Are Final Sale

Once a jersey has been custom printed with a name, number, or personalised detail, it
cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled unless it arrives damaged or faulty.
Printing is permanent and the jersey cannot be resold.

Please double-check your size, spelling and number before placing your order, as custom printed jerseys are made especially for you and are non-returnable.

Return Shipping Liability

We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless we are at fault
(for example, if you received the wrong item or a clearly defective product).
In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Eligibility & How to Start a Return

We offer a 14-day return window. You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In original, unworn condition
• Unwashed and unaltered
• Have all original tags attached
• In the original packaging where possible
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Unauthorised returns sent back without approval may be refused.

Exchanges

Non-custom jerseys may be exchanged for a different size based on availability.
Please contact us via email to confirm stock and next steps.

Custom printed jerseys cannot be exchanged for a different size.

Refunds

We offer a full refund for products that arrive defective or damaged.
Once returned items are inspected and approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
Banks may take several business days to display the refund.

Refunds are not issued if an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided.
Delivery-related refund requests must be submitted within 15 days after the guaranteed delivery period (25 days) has passed.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us immediately.
If your order has already entered processing or a jersey has already been sent for custom printing, cancellation may not be possible.

Custom printed jerseys cannot be cancelled once printing has begun.
