Custom Printed Jerseys
Important Information Before Ordering
Once a jersey has been custom printed with a name, number or personalised detail, it becomes a made-to-order item and cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled unless it arrives damaged or faulty.
Please double-check all spelling, sizing and number selections before placing your order. Custom printed jerseys are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold once printing begins.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Original tags must still be attached
- Items must be unaltered
- Original packaging should be included where possible
- Proof of purchase is required
How To Start A Return
To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team first for approval and instructions.
Unauthorised returns sent back without approval may be refused.
Exchanges
Eligible non-custom jerseys may be exchanged for another size depending on stock availability.
Custom printed jerseys cannot be exchanged once printing has started.
Refunds
Refunds are issued back to the original payment method once returned items have been inspected and approved.
Banks and payment providers may take several business days to process and display refunds.
Refunds are not issued where an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was provided during checkout.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we are at fault, such as receiving the wrong item or a clearly defective product.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us immediately after purchase.
Orders that have already entered processing or custom printing may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
